CineKink 2008

Founded in 2002, troche CineKink is an organization that recognizes and encourages the positive depiction of sexuality and kink in film and television, approved most visibly through its annual film festival, salve CineKink NYC.

Featuring a specially-selected program of films and videos that celebrate and explore a wide diversity of sexuality, with offerings drawn from both Hollywood and beyond, works presented at CineKink NYC range from documentary to drama, camp comedy to hot porn and everything in between.

In addition to screenings, the annual festival also includes a short film competition, audience choice awards, presentations, parties and a gala kick-off fundraiser, all followed by a national screening tour.

Wednesday, February 27th at 9.30 pm. My favorite scene from The Bi Apple (featuring Trixie and Tucker) will screen as part of the program New York Stories

Saturday, March 1 at 5 pm. Panel Discussion: Women Behind the Lens panel of these directors will discuss their roles within the industry and the individual approach each takes in depicting sexuality on screen. How does each reconcile the creative work they do with a feminist viewpoint? What are the ingredients of a truly hot sex scene? Is spit really an effective form of lubricant?
